The date when the plaint is received at the office of the Disciplinary Court will be regarded as the date of submission.

You may also submit your plaint by e-mail, but in that case the original of the plaint (including the relevant documents) must be sent by post to the Disciplinary Court or be delivered at its postal address on the same day. If this is done at a later date, the date of submission will be the day when the original of the plaint is received at the office.
